I suppose this first post should be a "welcome", or "thanks for reading", or a shout-out and preview of when upcoming posts will appear.  Truth is, my blogging will probably be somewhat on a week-to-week basis, or as the Spirit moves me.  I've found that more often than not, my thoughts are somewhat provoking to others, so be warned - you may not agree with everything you read here.  But if you agreed with everything, there would be no need for meaningful discussion.  So -- there you have it.  Welcome, thanks for reading, and .. you've been warned...
